- Item Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including the original box, accessories, manuals, etc.).
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Order ID).
- Special Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, if the item has been unsealed and activated (especially involving batteries, propellers, and other consumable parts), it may not be eligible for a "no-questions-asked" return unless there is a quality issue.
